Bradford Augustine

Bradford Augustine is the founder of Madrona Real Estate Services, LLC. Brad serves as the managing member and designated broker. With over twenty-eight years of real estate experience as a syndicator, developer, and manager, Brad’s extensive resume is solid proof of his ability to successfully lead a team.
Brad’s great attention to detail and demand for quality ensure first class service and results in all Madrona Real Estate Service’s ventures. Brad’s ability to multi-task and function in a fast paced work environment allows him to efficiently respond to the varied needs of the brokerage, management, and development divisions of Madrona Real Estate Services, LLC.
Active in the community, Brad has served on the Board’s of the Seattle Tennis Club, Epiphany School, and Lakeside School Alumni Board. Married for 21 years, Brad and his wife live in Madison Park with their two children. As a family, the Augustine’s enjoy traveling, tennis, and skiing.
Brad graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Hospitality Business Management.Maria Spano

As Asset Manager, Maria Spano oversees all aspects of the property management division. From accounting to maintenance projects and issues, Maria handles all affairs with great attention to detail and quality.
Maria’s background in the hospitality industry has well prepared her to handle any and all client needs in a friendly and effective manner. Her strong work ethic and organizational skills assist her in completing her daily tasks.
Maria holds a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Economics from Gonzaga University. While at Gonzaga, Maria spent a year studying abroad in Florence, Italy where she studied international business and embraced her love for traveling, architecture, and cooking.Lauren Lane

As the Property Manager, Lauren manages the vendors, staff, and administrative tasks of our company. One of Lauren’s primary duties is the preparation of annual property budgets and the quarterly budget to actual reports for all Homeowners Associations and Retail Tenant Common Area Maintenance Accounts. Her analytical nature ensures precision in all that she does.
Lauren’s background in public accounting provided her with a base understanding of all major business functions especially the accounting process. This knowledge has enabled her to bring solid critical thinking and problem solving skills to the Madrona team. Lauren’s experiences also assist Madrona in streamlining processes to better serve our clients.
Lauren holds a Bachelors of Business Administration with a Major in Accounting and a Minor in Computer Science from Gonzaga University. Additionally, as a graduate of Seattle University’s Matteo Ricci College, Lauren extensively studied the Humanities.
Frank Peterson

Frank Peterson serves as the Facility Maintenance Supervisor. Frank oversees all repair and maintenance issues as well as our property maintenance staff and vendors. Frank is dedicated to maintaining all Homeowners’ Associations maintenance affairs with a 100% satisfaction rating by all homeowners.
Frank comes to Madrona with 32 years of experience at the University of Washington’s custodial department. He last served as a Custodial Lead and Supervisor. Frank’s extensive experience in janitorial and maintenance make him a great asset to our team.
Frank has many interests which include painting, wood carving, and as a sports enthusiast he enjoys coaching his granddaughter’s basketball team. The majority of his time is spent with his large family which includes his wife of 35 years, their three daughters, and eight grandchildren.
